Myth 1: A value outside the range is automatically a problem

Reference ranges are built so that a portion of perfectly healthy people fall slightly outside them. A flagged value is a prompt to look closer, not a verdict. The context, the trend, and your own history all shape what it means.

Myth 2: Normal means nothing to see here
